So we all know the famous tale of the Tortoise and the Hare. But how does that fable teach us to have that sense of urgency to survive in this fast paced world?
The importance of being earnest in the new millennium has left us at a cross road. Do we pace ourselves to the point of relaxation and steadiness or do we follow in speed of traffic? If we don't catch up with our minds to the every bit of knowledge thrown at us -- do we ever catch up? Can we survive in this dog eat dog world? I say: Trust your instincts. Wouldn't it depend on the situation? How do the fast and strong relax? And how do the slow and meek catch up? Is this the diabolical difference between the haves and have nots (not in the sense of status or money)?
